Peoria Remodeling Services
AZ Granite & Remodeling is a full design-build contractor and in-house stone fabricator serving Peoria and the West Valley. From bathrooms and kitchens to flooring and custom countertops, we handle the whole project with one team, with 20+ years of experience and a 5.0-star reputation. Peoria covers a lot of ground and a lot of decades, from the older streets around Old Town to communities built in the last fifteen years north of the 303, and the right approach to a remodel is not the same in both. Whatever you are planning, and whether it is one room or the whole house, here is where to start.
Bathroom Remodeling
Walk-in showers, soaking tubs, custom vanities, tile, and accessibility upgrades, designed around how you use the space and built to last. We handle the waterproofing and the work behind the walls, not just the finishes you see. Explore our bathroom remodeling services.
Kitchen Remodeling
Custom cabinetry, stone countertops, islands, backsplashes, and appliance and layout changes that make the room work the way you cook and gather. If a wall needs to come out to open things up, we will tell you what is structural and what is not. Explore our kitchen remodeling services.
Flooring
Durable tile and stone flooring installed cleanly to hold up to daily use and Arizona living, with options that tie into the rest of your remodel. Running one floor through the main living areas is one of the cheapest ways to make a house feel larger. See our flooring options.
Granite Countertops
A wide selection of colors and patterns, fabricated in-house and cut to fit for kitchens, bathrooms, and more. Because we cut it ourselves, you can see your actual slab before it goes on the saw. Browse our granite countertops.
Granite Remnants
Smaller pieces from larger slabs, the same quality at a better value, perfect for a vanity top, a small island, or a fireplace surround. A remnant often puts a stone in reach that would be hard to justify across a whole kitchen. See our granite remnants.
Quartz Countertops
Engineered quartz that is durable, low-maintenance, and resistant to staining and the Valley’s hard water, in a wide range of looks. It is the surface we point most West Valley homeowners toward when a kitchen takes heavy daily use. Explore our quartz countertops.

Frequently Asked Questions About Remodeling in Peoria
Do you work throughout Peoria, or only certain neighborhoods?
We work across the whole city, from Old Town Peoria and the older neighborhoods near Grand Avenue up through the Thunderbird and Union Hills corridors to the newer communities north of the 303 and out toward Lake Pleasant. We also serve the surrounding West Valley, including Sun City, Sun City West, Youngtown, Surprise, Glendale, and El Mirage. Our shop and offices are in Phoenix at 1923 W. Cheryl Dr, and our crews work out of there, so there is one team on your project regardless of which part of Peoria you live in.
Can you remodel a kitchen and bathrooms at the same time?
Yes, and it is usually the more efficient way to do it. When rooms are done together, we template and fabricate the stone for all of them in one run, order tile and fixtures on one schedule, and keep the same crew on site instead of remobilizing months later. It also means one set of decisions about how the finishes relate to each other. If your budget calls for phasing instead, we will plan the sequence up front so nothing done in phase one has to be undone in phase two.
Do you fabricate the countertops yourselves?
We do. AZ Granite & Remodeling is a stone fabricator as well as a remodeling contractor, so the granite, quartz, and quartzite in your project is templated, cut, and finished in our own shop rather than subcontracted out. That is why we can be precise about seam placement, edge profiles, and how a pattern runs across an island, and why remnants are a real option for smaller surfaces like a vanity top or a fireplace surround.
Will I have to move out during the remodel?
Most homeowners stay put. A single bathroom remodel is manageable as long as there is another bath in the house, and kitchens are usually workable with a temporary setup for a few weeks. Whole-house or multi-room projects are the ones worth talking through in advance. We will tell you honestly at the estimate which stretches of the schedule are disruptive, so you can plan around them rather than be surprised by them.
How does the estimate work, and what does it cost?
Estimates are free and done in your home, with no pressure and no obligation. We look at the actual space, talk through what you want to change, and give you real numbers rather than a range pulled from a brochure. Pricing depends on the size of the room, the materials you choose, and how much has to change behind the walls, so seeing the space is the only honest way to quote it.
