My house is older. Will that be a problem?
It’s normal for us. Phoenix homes from the fifties, sixties, and seventies often hide galvanized plumbing, cast-iron drains, or missing waterproofing behind the original tile. We plan for those realities in the scope rather than discovering them as change orders, and we bring the bathroom up to current code as we go.
Do you handle the plumbing and electrical too?
Yes. As a design-build contractor we run the entire project, including licensed plumbing and electrical work, so you’re not coordinating separate trades or wondering whose job the rough-in is.
Can I see materials before I decide?
Please do. Our fabrication shop and materials are here in North Phoenix, so you can stand next to full slabs of granite and quartz, compare remnants for vanity tops, and take samples home before anything is cut.
Do we have to move out during the remodel?
Almost never. We contain dust, protect floors between the door and the work area, and keep another bathroom usable while yours is torn up. Most families live at home through the whole project.
